U10's retain title!

Bracknell enjoyed another great day at the weekend when they took 23 players to the Reading Rugby Festival. The squad was divided into two teams, the Greens and Blacks, and each team played in seperate pools. The Blacks had three very hard group games and lost two of them by just a single try against strong sides from Farnborough and Reading Abbey. They did, however, have a good win against Aldershot & Fleet with tries from Kieran Brown and Jimmy Martin, although this was not enough to see them progress.
The Green team had a superb day as they claimed overall first place, conceding just one try all day, as they retained the trophy. They won through the pool games by beating Swindon 5-0, a very good Reading team by one try and a very big and strong Farnborough side 3-0. In the final they faced a rematch against Reading, but this game proved harder than the first. After taking an early lead, Bracknell then conceded their first try of the day, but claimed victory in extra time.
Special mention to the impressive Patrick Fitzgerald, Thomas Scott, Sam Lawton-Davies, Brendon Parvess, Tommie Predgen, Oliver Radford, Sam Dunks, Louis Corrigan, James Boseley, James Roberts and Jacob Webb.
