Elliott is currently Director of Rugby at Surrey University where he runs both the men's and women's rugby programs from Surrey Sports Park, and he will continue in his role there.

Elliott has previously coached at Sale Sharks Academy as well as at community clubs at either a higher, or similar level, to Bracknell.

During the interview process we were impressed and excited with Elliott's strategic vision for growing all levels of rugby at Bracknell RFC, along with his playing and coaching pedigree at different levels of the game.

Please give Elliott a warm welcome when you see him around the club and there will be further announcements on the senior coaching team as those building blocks are implemented ahead of the 2024/25 Pre-Season.
