The last festival of 3 was at Reading, everyone arrived early, weather cold and foggy would this dampen the boys spirits.

The teams were arranged with several changes, coaches included, warm ups and team talks commenced .

First up for the B team were Ensians. The game started at pace with the boys with the boys pressing from the off, good inter changing resulted in a well worked try from Owen Marshall straight through the defence 1-0. The boys regained the ball from the restart, and drove a maul back to the near the line, it was pushed into touch. After a series of rucks and mayos the boys cut through their defence, Aden Studd, the scorer, excellent try.
The boys were now in firm control of the game and were tackling very well, and as a team, which was good too see. Owen Marshall got his brace with a well worked attack by the boys 3-0.
A fantastic start to the tournament.

A quick break and we were back into the next game.

Wallingford next and the scoreline for this match and did not do our boys justice.
The boys were superb, they pinned Wallingford in their own 22, the whole match they drove the ball, rucked excellency and turnt Wallingford over repeatedly, all they needed to do was move the ball to the 2 wings Oliver Bruce and Spencer Bounds, and they would of scored. Edward Boseley and Jack Riley ripped and drove the ball well and with the excellent half back Aden Studd. Great performance by our boys 0-0.

After the coaches told the boys to spread the ball, we were up against Henley Hawks. Bracknell started, they knocked on giving Henley a scrum, which the boys turned over, they pressed but Henley held and the ball went into touch. The ball was rucked in the middle resulting in Ethan Lacey being hurt, and subbed. The boys went through several phases of play, lead by Aden Studd with some note worthy drives resulting in a Jack Riley try, well worked. Next phases of the game was all Bracknell in the Hawks 22. The pressure saw Max cross the try line but didn't realise and passed onto Oliver Bruce who unluckily knocked on, a Henley boy picked up and Spencer Bounds ripped the ball only to knock on. Henley won a scrum only for the ref to blow, which caused the Henley supporters to despair. 1-0 to us.

Bracknell were through to the final against Slough. We started but were pushed in touch. Edward Boseley and Aden Studd drove the boys through the phases, supported well by Jack Riley resulting in a well worked try for Mac 1-0, great start. The game was all Bracknell with the boys now spreading the play to the wings, Owen Marshall linking with Spencer Bounds, whose pace unlocked the defence, for the unlucky Jack Riley to knock on, well worked.
The pressure continued with the half back Aden Studd ripping the ball from a Slough player resulting in a great try 2-0. The pressure kept coming with a great run from deep by Spencer Bounds running the wing, only beaten by touch near the try line. The boys put in a great performance ending with Jack Riley tackling a boy so hard he had to be subbed.

A great win, the first tournament win for the boys in their season in contact, it was a well deserved win, great team work, defence and attacking. No try's conceded against them in the tournament. Well done boys you deserved it.
