A great team performance saw the forwards linking well with the scrum halves and creating plenty of running opportunities for the backs who snapped up the chance to show their speed. Fantastic handling saw Bracknell run in three tries, with Michael Dykes opening the scoring followed by two more from Michael O’Donoghue.
With a 3-0 win under their belts Bracknell then faced a potentially tricky re-match against their opponents from the previous week, Windsor. And this week’s game followed a similar pattern with strong defensive displays from both teams preventing any scoring before half time, when the referee was forced to abandon the game.
All the players deserve congratulations for what was probably their best display of the season, but special mentions should go to Will Field for his all round performance and Nathan James for the tackle of the day.
