Tadley vs Bracknell

Henry took on the role of captain for Bracknell today. Tadley kicked off the match playing dangerously close to our 22. Lewis C run to the try line from centre of the pitch getting just short of scoring just a few minutes into the game. One of the Tadley’s boys injured his hip so the coaches decided to play with reduced numbers. Harry S scored the first of the Bracknell tries. No conversion by Ethan. Tadley recovered and scored with conversion, 7-5. Luca made a run from the centre line scoring our second try and Ethan converted in this occasion, 7-12. Tadley came back scoring once again from a scrum on the right hand side of the pitch. No conversion. 12-12. Bracknell’s next try started from a scrum on our 22 with great passing along the line by the boys to Harry S. Conversion in. 12-19. Another great run from Luca to the try line got the next try after the boys moved the ball from the left to the right side of the pitch. Conversion in. 12-26. This was the result at the end of the first half.

No conversion 22-26. Team work after a line out gave Liam the opportunity to come out with another try. Harry M converted. 22-33. Tadley retaliated by scoring straight away with conversion. 29-33. After going back and forth with the ball on our 22 very dangerously Luca was able to come away and score again. Conversion in. 29-40. Tadley scored again. No conversion. 34-40. Tense last few minutes as Tadley put lots of pressure on our lines. Bracknell was able to hold them back and away with a well deserved victory. Final result 34-40.
