Welcome to the Stags team page

The Stags are the clubs second and development team. The aim of the Stags is to :

- help develop and identify those players who have a good skill level and game understanding but need to work on a number of certain elements and perform with consistency.

- act as a support structure to help returning 1XV players back from injury or to be used as a springboard for those players who may have had a dip in form and need to have some time to regain their confidence.

- (thirdly and probably the most important) be a player pathway for other squads in the club such as the 3XV, 4XV and the Academy.

The Stags play in the Zoo Shield Leagues.

All new players are always welcome. Contact one of the club officials, for more information about us, or feel free to turn up at a training session. Training takes place 7.30pm each Tuesday and Thursday at Lily Hill during the season.
