1 All players to arrive at Club by 1.30pm latest. If you want to see the Physio Nick will be there from 12.45pm on. Please arrive early for this !

2 Please could all players be changed ready to go out for pre match routine by 1.45pm

3 1.45 pm Pre match talk

4 After this players have free time to go out to either stretch off or do own individual activities eg Kick at goal, Line out throwing, Box kicking etc

5 2.15pm All players required for pre match warm up / routine

6 Back into changing room for a 3pm Kick off

NB Please could all players who have a training top bring it along – I would like all of us to be kitted out the same.
Please also bring your Match shorts & Socks
