Walking is a great exercise for your body and mind. Led by qualified walk leaders, Walk for Wellbeing offer 10 different walks across the borough in Bracknell Forest's magnificent green spaces such as South Hill Park, Cabbage Hill and Peacock Meadow.
It's completely free and open to all residents - no need to sign up, just turn up!
Meet at Bracknell Rugby Club, Lily Hill Park, for a tea and coffee from 10:00am, before the group sets off at 10:30.
The group will meet every other Thursday between November 23rd and March 14th.
