
The club is aware of concerns being raised by parents, managers and members regarding the ordering and delivery of Bracknell Rugby Club kit purchased from the VX3 club shop.
We have met with the companies Director and Sales representatives to discuss these concerns.
VX3, like many companies worldwide, are having issues with the global supply chain and products coming from across the world into the UK. This isn’t always the finished item, but the fabric that makes the items as well.
The club is currently managing bulk orders on behalf of a number of age groups and teams. We would like to reassure anyone waiting for kit from one of these bulk orders that we are discussing updates with VX3 on a weekly basis and also ensuring any outstanding items from orders already part received are not ‘lost’ in the system.
