1. Demand will be very high for the NZ match and history suggests that we will not receive enough to satisfy all requests. Australia and South Africa will be easier and history suggests that you will get some if not all of your request possibly at different price categories (see form). For Japan expect to receive what you order. All of the above supposers that you order and pay inc membership on time
2. Only members of BRFC may apply for tickets. Subscriptions for the 2024/25 season open on August 1st. We will accept applications on the basis that you will pay your membership then (and by Sept 15th latest) and if you do not pay membership by Sept 15th your application will be set aside and re-considered when you do pay your membership
3. When you pay your membership please make sure you are a member of the “BRFC web site” this gets you onto the main email list for ongoing info re tickets etc and other Club news. Please don’t assume that because you received this email you are a member of the web site because we have used other email lists to send out this email because we are aware that some Club Members have not registered on the Web Site. This is your last chance to do so re future ticket emails
4. Tickets are for your personal use only inc your personal guests but under RFU regulations you must attend the match yourself ie not pass all of your tickets onto your guests. If you have any queries re this please get in touch as for eg one of your guests may already be a member or could become a member to satisfy the RFU regulation
5. PAYMENT for TICKETS must be made at time of ordering ie not buy Sept 15th to the club bank account ie Bracknell Rugby FC. 40-13-10, 91681788. If payment is not made by June 21st your application will be treated as lower priority. For your info BRFC has already started paying the RFU for tickets hence the need for members to pay with order
6. Applications from Vice Presidents and Senior Players are given priority. M+J Members and Social members are 2nd priority although M+J parents can apply to upgrade to Vice President status
7. Kids price tickets are available for all matches. They will be very scarce for England v New Zealand and we may not get any. For the Australia and South Africa matches they will be difficult, but we expect to get some and early application is advised. We will try to buy to order as the RFU just close kids applications without warning when they sell a certain number. England v Japan should be easier and indeed we have already secured some prime position tickets, category 4 right down the front that the kids love. Please state on the form if you will accept full price tickets if kids price tickets are not available.
8. Any queries to Steve Ward (stevenjamesward@btinternet.com)

Regards
STEVE WARD
