I would like to begin by informing you that Steve Ward has decided to step down from his role as the Club’s Ticket Officer. Steve has carried out this role with exceptional dedication for over 50 years, and he has now decided that the time is right to hand over the reins.

Steve will use the current Six Nations period to complete a thorough handover to Carl Mauger, who has agreed to take on the role going forward.

Steve has done a tremendous job over five decades. He is rightly proud of his achievements, particularly in ensuring that Club Members have enjoyed strong access to Twickenham tickets, while also meeting the needs of our Sponsors - an important contribution to the Club’s ongoing success. This has never been an easy balance to strike.
A true testament to Steve’s work is the number of members joining us from other clubs who frequently comment on how pleasantly surprised they are by ticket availability at Bracknell RFC.

I would like to thank Steve both personally and on behalf of the club members for his outstanding service and the success he has achieved and brought to the club over those years. Thank you for all that you have done for Bracknell RFC. The legacy of your involvement at the club is true testament to your love of rugby and your business acumen.

The handover will complete after all 6 Nations 2026 transactions have concluded.

A ticketing update email will be sent to members shortly which will include an update on 6 Nations 2026 and also the new Nations Cup Matches at Twickenham.
