It is with great sadness that we must announce the passing of Richard Quayle after a valiant battle with Cancer.

Rich played at the club in the 1990’s and was a big part of the team & squad that achieved so much in the early part of Paul Rendall’s tenure. He was an agile, quick & illusive fly half who will be remembered for playing his part in the clubs first Berkshire Cup success in 1996 (pictured here (R) with Club President, Martin Radford), and his part on & off the field on the 1995 tour to Zimbabwe.

Rich was an energetic, charismatic, and through his kindness, laughter & loyalty brought light to every moment he shared with his team mates.

Quaylie will be sadly missed by all at Bracknell RFC from his era, and we send our deepest condolences to Rita, his wife, family & friends.
