Firstly myself, Greg and Ben would like to apologise to all our supporters for the mistake we made in selecting and playing an unregistered player in the EDF Energy National Trophy match against Oxford Harlequins. This mistake has resulted in us being disqualified from the competition this season. We all missed the fact that we had selected an unregistered player for the match day squad for one reason or another. We can assure everyone that we will not make the same mistake again. We are bitterly disappointed as we were looking forward to a run in the Cup which is a nice distraction from the league for coaches, players and supporters alike. We look forward to your continued and valued support for the rest of the season.
