Over the past two seasons, the Executive Committee has worked to ensure that our membership fees remain both fair and sustainable.
Ahead of the 2024/25 season, we realigned our membership categories and pricing to provide a fairer reflection of the different levels of participation and membership across the club. We then took the decision to freeze membership prices for the 2025/26 season, despite rising operating costs, in order to minimise the financial impact on our members.
Unfortunately, the continued fiscal pressures affecting organisations across the country have also significantly increased the cost of running Bracknell RFC. Rising utility costs, maintenance, insurance, equipment, league and governing body fees, and other day-to-day operating expenses mean that we can no longer absorb these increases without impacting the club's long-term financial sustainability.
As a result, the Executive Committee announced at the AGM the difficult decision to increase membership fees for the 2026/27 season. This decision has not been taken lightly, but it is necessary to ensure that we can continue to provide the facilities, coaching, playing opportunities and clubhouse environment that our members expect, while investing in the future of the club.
Your current membership will expire on the 31st July 2026 along with its benefits, and your new 2026/27 Membership will be available to purchase via the website from 1st August 2026.

For Mini/Junior Players: Subs Payments will be communicated to you via your Team Manager.
