Tickets can only be purchased from the club up to 1pm on Sunday 6 November.
PLEASE NOTE TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ON THE NIGHT.
Tickets are non-refundable

EVENT PROGRAMME
The gates open at 5.00pm.
The fireworks will start at 7:15pm on Pitch 2. The display is going to be bigger and better and sure to impress, just like previous years.
Please don't leave it to the last minute to arrive!

FOOD & DRINK
Please arrive early and enjoy the delights from one or two of our food vendors who will be offering a variety of tasty snacks, including:
BBQ
Biltong
Sweets
Pasties & Sausage Rolls
Tea & Coffee and soft drinks
The clubhouse bar will also be open.

PARKING
Please note that their is no parking at the club.
Those attending are encouraged to walk or find alternatives ways of getting to the club.
We please ask that if you are going to drive that you please respect our neighbours and park responsibly.

DOGS
We are aware that many dogs are frightened by fireworks and may react unpredictably, so could be a danger to small children. We therefore don't encourage people to bring them.

THIS EVENT IS RUN ENTIRELY BY VOLUNTEERS.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN FIREWORKS OR SPARKLERS AS THEY WOULD BE DANGEROUS IN A CROWDED ENVIRONMENT.

FIREWORKS CAN BE DANGEROUS. WHILST ALL REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS ARE TAKEN TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF SPECTATORS, ANYONE ATTENDING DOES SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.
