All players are required to Register every season to play for their club regardless of their age. Registration commenced on the 1st July 2026 for the new season 2026/27.

Adult Player - You are required to complete this process yourself.

Junior Player (All Players under 18 yrs of Age) This is completed by your Parent or Guardian.

Why are we required to Register?

ALL - It is a requirement to make sure all those playing rugby are registered to play, thus insured, and it makes sure clubs have the correct contact details, medical notification and health details of their players. The relevant numbers allow the RFU to track involvement and divert funding to Clubs and County CB's where it is most needed.

Adults - All selection and game match details are recorded on each games "Electronic Match Card" which has to be submitted to the RFU before each match and at the end of each match.

If your are not registered - You cannot be selected - Thus you cannot play
