Sutton & Epsom two's 13 - Bracknell two's 35

Overall, it was a good performance from the lads with improved defence awareness, thanks to the effort placed in that last week. We were put under pressure from the first minute but managed to resist the pressure in the process conceeding 3 kickable penalties, for hands in the rucks, 2 of which were converted. A try was later conceeded that took the score to 13-00 in the first 20 minutes.

As has often been the case, Telu's bull dozing runs resulted in a come back centre post try which was converted by Clarkey. From then onwards, our attacking display improved with some brilliant runs from Craeg Arundle and Ricky Frost. The opposition held out and the first half ended at 13-07. The second half started with us applying the pressure and scoring a try from dynamic maul that was set up within the 22 yard area, however, with some peristence as it was brought down, by Tom King. Conversion was made by Chris Laidler, who took over after Michael Clarke missed a near centre post penalty, awfully!

With increased pressure, Chris Laidler intercepted a ball from our press defence and run in easily, this was later followed by a pick and drive try from Ricky Frost with the assault being finalised by Ryan Dee who run onto a ball at fly half position and run through the opposition defence like it was non-existent beating about 5 tackles.
