Membership Fees (2017/18) from 1st July 2017
BRFC membership fees for the 2017/18 season from 1st July 2017 to 30th April 2018.
Following over 3 years without any increase the committee has decided to increase the fees for each category of membership by £5. This modest increase is intended to reflect levels of inflation in our running costs over this period without an increase.
Thank you to all those members who have renewed their membership at last years prices but anyone renewing from 1st July onwards will be asked to pay the following:

Membership Forms
There are two membership forms that maybe downloaded below for playing and VP & social membership. To renew or apply for membership please download and complete the appropriate membership form and return with your membership fees (where applicable).
Membership fees can be paid over the bar by cash, cheque, debit card, by bank transfer or by sending a cheque to Lis Casey in the club office (Tel: 01344 424013 (Option 1) email: admin@bracknellrugbyclub.com ). Senior players may also pay by direct debit.
Please ensure that in all cases the appropriate membership form is completed and submitted so that your bar loyalty card (green card) can be updated. This year our members discounted rate from the published bar prices is 18%, so very nearly VAT free, and remember if you have a function at the club you will receive a 25% discount from the hall hire charge - well worth having!
On line Direct Debit facility
The club has an on line Direct Debit facility (via Go Cardless) for Senior Players so that you can now spread the cost of membership by paying in six monthly instalments. You can start paying your direct debit immediately should you wish, but direct debits must be in place by 1st October.
Those Senior Players wishing to pay by direct debit:
- You will need to register with the BRFC website, if not already a website member. (To register click here)
- Once registered and logged onto the website, click on 'Pay Membership' in the main menu bar above or click here to be taken directly to the Payments Section on the BRFC website.
- Select the appropriate product, you will then be able to complete your payment details with "Go Cardless" by simply following the instructions given.
