There will be an open day on Sunday 11th September (the same day as the Mini & Junior family fun day) from 9.00am until 1.00pm to look around the Gym and some free classes along with a charity event.

If you visit the gym on open day you will qualify for a free PT session at a later date and also if you join the gym on or before 11th September you will qualify for a special introductory membership rate of just £12.50 per month (normally £19.00) ie pay as you go, no contract. The gym is aiming to do kids after school gym sessions, run by specially qualified kids instructors, subject to demand.
