CURRENT VOLUNTEER VACANCIES:
SENIOR TEAMS FIXTURES SECRETARY
This is a key role at the club working closely with the senior coaching team and the Director of Rugby. Liaising with the contacts at the other clubs in the respective leagues make sure that all plans and clear communication is in place for a smooth set of fixtures to take place.

As it’s all about playing rugby, it’s safe to say it wouldn’t be a rugby club without you.
You’ll be the source of all knowledge about upcoming matches, keeping the season
alive and on schedule. A satisfying contest, win or lose, will earn you the gratitude of
the players. The skills needed to do this role are transferable to any walk of life, so
having something like this on your CV is attractive to potential employers.

MEMBERSHIP MANAGER
This role is responsible for ensuring all members of the club are correctly recorded on both GMS and if needed the local club database. Maintaining these records throughout the year is a key part of the role.
Ultimately the complete membership process will be managed by this role

You’ll meet a wide range of people with one thing in common – loyalty to their local
rugby club. It’s a socially rewarding post to hold. Encouraging support for your club
also helps to bring the community together, ultimately making the area a nicer place
to live.

POLICY MANAGER
The club have a number of policies which need to be available and up to date at all times. This role will make sure this is the case.
What you’ll get out of it:
A very important role, you will report to the Clubs Executive
Committee and work closely with the Clubs Safeguarding officer. You will maintain and update all the clubs policies and have them published on the clubs website.

AGP - CAPITAL PROJECTS GROUP
Volunteers are sought for joining this major project group to work on delivering an Artificial Grass Pitch – (AGP) at Bracknell Rugby Club. Ideally those volunteering for this will have a specific skill set in delivering projects of this nature. Some of the skills we are looking for are; contracting, delivery of funding & investment, project management and planning.
