It is with deep sadness that I inform you of the passing of my dad, Bert. He was not only my dad but also a fantastic contributor to our beloved club.

Bert's dedication to the club was immeasurable. From his involvement in the design and project management of the clubhouse building to his roles as a coach, referee, and avid supporter, he poured his heart and soul into making Bracknell RFC the community it is today.

As we come to terms with this heart breaking loss, we extend our deepest condolences to all who knew Bert. In the coming weeks, we will be organising a memorial event to honour his life and the funeral details will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

Your support and kindness mean a great deal to us as we navigate through this difficult period and we hope that his memory may continue to inspire both on and off the field.
