Community Programme

The Bracknell Rugby Club Community Programme provides coaches working in the local community and schools to promote the growth of Rugby Union in the Bracknell area. The programme currently works with approximately 1000 youngsters and the programme is being expanded.

Sponsorship of the community programme funds the coaches and includes the following:-

Coaches clothing strip carries the sponsors name.

The community programme page in the 1 st XV match programme carries acknowledgement of the sponsors.

The Club inclusion initiative (which encourages school children to attend 1 st XV games) provides the children with a free T shirt carrying the community sponsors names.

Itineraries to be confirmed (schools and mini and Junior Club Teams)

Typically, a curtain raiser game before a first team match, credit in programme and on the web site. Photograph presenting shield to the winners.

Infrastructure

Grandstand Sponsor

Grandstand to be known as the ‘Sponsors Name Grandstand’ and referred to as such in all announcements, tickets, programme and web site. The grandstand will carry the company name and logo on the full width banner advertising.

Media Centre Sponsor

Fund the equipping and running of the ‘Media Centre’. ‘Media Centre’ to carry sponsors banner advertising and reference in tannoy announcements.

Medical Team Sponsor

Fund the Doctor and physiotherapy team for the season including expenses and equipment. Medical team track suits to bear sponsor’s name

Car Sticker Sponsor

5000 BRFC car stickers distributed to members, supporters and community

Apart from the BRFC message, the sticker carries the legend ‘sticker sponsored by XYZ Ltd.

Pitch perimeter panels

£ 500 each per season

Boards are 4m x 1m, initial printing cost £300 and should last for at least 3 years.

Programme Advertising

6000 sold per Annum. Whole Page £495, Half £295, Quarter £175

Add 60% for full colour

Full page is A5 size. Camera ready artwork is preferred but if it is not available we will assist in compiling the advertisement.

Web Site

Various configurations of advertising are available on the web site, the options are so varied that discussion will be required to ascertain the requirement and therefore cost.

Promotional Opportunities

The opportunity to have a promotional presence at matches can be tailored to suit the particular requirement.

Fee structure and promotional format is subject to individual negotiations.
