Notice is hereby given that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of Bracknell Rugby Football Club will be held on Thursday 23rd March 2017 at the Clubhouse, Lily Hill Park, Bracknell RG12 2UG at 7:30 pm.

1. To receive the Accounts and Financial Report for 2015-2016.

2. To appointment of Auditors for 2015-2016.

3. Any other business at the Chairman’s discretion.
