Can you help fill this challenging yet rewarding role?

We are looking to recruit an energetic and sociable Operational Manager. This role is perfect for an Events or Hospitality Manager looking for a new challenge.

Responsible for the management of the club house for 7-days a week as well as organ-ising and running other specialised events, you will need to have similar experience in these areas. Our ideal Operational Manager will be approachable and have customer satisfaction as your core value. You should be a team player in addition to a natural leader, and someone who’s not afraid of getting your hands dirty, as you'll be overseeing both the kitchen and bar team.

The Operational Manager can expect in return a very competitive salary with a negotiable bonus scheme and pension as well as the chance to work in a truly rewarding and diverse working environment with a fantastic team.
