Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bracknell Rugby Football Club will be held on Tuesday 21st May 2019 in the main hall at Bracknell Rugby Football Club, Lily Hill Park, Bracknell, RG12 2UG at 7.30pm

NOMINATIONS FOR EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
The Executive Officers of the Club shall be appointed by the voting members at Annual General Meeting on 21st May 2019 for a period of one year and shall be honorary positions.
Any Officer may stand for election or re-election, provided they has been a voting member of the Club for not less than two years, and, if not present at the General Meeting, have indicated in writing their willingness to stand for election.
Laid out below are the agreed Executive roles as per Rule 6.1 of the club’s current Rules and Byelaws.

- Chairman of Finance
- Commercial Chairman
- Chairman of Rugby
- Chairman of Communication
- Chairman of Facilities
Please note that the role of Chair – Minis & Juniors will be discussed and proposed by the Minis & Juniors Meeting. The AGM will be informed of and can discuss their proposed nominee.
