Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Bracknell Rugby Football Club (the “Club”). The meeting is to be held on Wednesday 16th May 2018 in the clubhouse starting at 7.30pm.
Please also find attached extracts from the rules of the Club relating to such meetings.
Please advise me in writing (by letter or email) at least seven days before the date of the AGM of any items of Special Business that you wish me to bring to the attention of the Chairman of the Meetings.
Please note that nominations for Executive Committee positions must be posted on the Nominations List that will be placed on the main noticeboard in the Clubhouse. All nominees must be fully paid up Club members and must be proposed and seconded by fully paid up Club members. The lists will be closed and removed by 19:00hrs on Friday 4th May 2018. No nominations will be accepted after this time.
Any nominee who cannot attend the meeting must confirm their willingness to stand for office in writing to me prior to the start of the AGM.
